COMBINED ENTRY TEST 2021
What is ECAT?
ECAT is a combined entry test conducted each year by University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore from candidates applying for admission in BE/BS/B.Sc Engineering degree programs. The Combine Entry Test ECAT is valid for UET Lahore, UET Taxila, their Affiliated Colleges, Punjab University Engineering College, Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) and other government universities of Punjab. Each year more than 45,000 candidates appear in Combined Entry Test ECAT and seat available for admission are less than 3,000.
Registration Schedule ECAT 2021
- The registration for ECAT 2021 Entry Test will start from 12th April till 27th June in the assigned Virtual University Centers at the allotted time.
Test Date for ECAT 2021
- ECAT 2021 Entry Test will be held from 5th to 8th July in the assigned Virtual University Centers at the allotted time.
Who can Apply?
According to instructions of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and UET regulations, candidates having or expecting to have the following qualification are only eligible to apply into various undergraduate programs offered by UET.
- F.Sc Pre-Engineering or Equivalent Foreign Qualification; Or
- I.C.S with Computer/ Statistics or Equivalent Foreign Qualification; Or
- F.Sc Pre-Medical or Equivalent Foreign Qualification; Or
- DAE, B.Sc. (Engineering) Technology or Equivalent Examination.
