Engro Enablers is the flagship Graduate Trainee Engineer Program which onboards, empowers, and grooms fresh talent to become the leader of tomorrow at Engros. GTEs this year will be placed in either of the two verticals: Engro Fertilizers with placement at the plant in Engro Polymers and Daharki and Chemicals with placement at the plant at port Qasim.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Engro Trainee Program, you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• 3.0 CGPA Minimum.
• Only applications of engineering graduates of 2019 & 2020 will be considered eligible (Masters students are not eligible to apply).
• Have the right to work in Pakistan
