The School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh has announced the short syllabus for Matric Classes 11 and 12, for the academic year 2020-21. The new smart syllabus is applicable for all Sindh boards including the BISE Karachi, BISE Hyderabad, BISE Sukkur, BISE Mirpur Khas.
The syllabus has been shortened due to the COVID pandemic in the country. All the schools remained closed for about six months. The schools re-opened on September 15, but to cope with lost time, the syllabus has been reduced to ease the students. This short syllabus is for the current academic year 2020-21 only. The students who are to appear in the Matric Annual Examination 2021 need to prepare based on this syllabus.
