University of Engineering and Technology, UET Lahore is conducting its combined Entrance test, ECAT 2021 from 5th to 8th July. The Entrance Test is currently being conducted on computer systems at designated Virtual University centers.
Last year, UET decided to conduct a paperless ECAT, so it signed an MoU with the Virtual University. Like ECAT 2020, ECAt 2021 is also held on the same pattern, i.e. computerized. The Entrance Test is conducted in a series of 3-4 days on computer systems and MCQs are from a question bank.
Since all the process is computerized, students don’t get a carbon paper sheet in Exams. Hence, no answer is required. Last year no answer key was announced. This year, as well NO ANSWER KEY WILL BE ANNOUNCED.
All the sites that are uploading the answer keys are totally fake.

What exactly we have to do after our ecat result. Do we have to wait for the board results and then apply for universities. Or just apply after ecat result.
Yes, the Admissions in UET and its affiliated campuses is based on ECAT marks and your Fsc marks. So, after Ecat you will wait, until UET opens its admissions and that will be happen when your Fsc Results are announced.
Note: ECAT is just for UET and its affiliated campuses, private universities take their own Entrance tests for admissions.
