National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) has announced the result of its MDCAT, today on 25th October 2020. NUMS successfully conducted an Entry Test on Sunday, October 11 for MBBS/BDS Session 2020 for its 13 Medical and 05 Dental Constituent & Affiliated colleges across the country and AJK.

Around 52,000 candidates competed for 1561 seats in Medical Colleges and 279 seats for Dental Colleges. The test was carried out simultaneously at all 38 exam centers designated exclusively for this purpose in 17 cities all over the country. The Answer Key for the MDCAT was also not announced this year by NUMS. So, students are waiting for NUMS MDCAT Result 2020 to be announced.

Vice-Chancellor NUMS, Lt Gen Syed Muhammad Imran Majeed HI(M), (Retd) emphasized that NUMS had achieved a significant milestone by conducting the first nationwide Entry Test for its Medical and Dental institutions without involving any outside testing services. “This will ensure merit, transparency, and high standards in the entire testing system under NUMS” he added. NUMS will announce the result of the test by October 25, 2020.
It is not pertinent to mention here that In addition to NUMS Entry Test, it will be mandatory for the successful candidates to pass the National Medical & Dental Colleges Admissions Test (National MDCAT) as announced by Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
